YOU MUST SIGN A THE FOLLOWING FORMS BEFORE ATTENDING CLASS. Please print, sign and bring with you the first class you attend.
To purchase a water aerobics pass, using a
credit card of your choice, please complete the online registration process below. Your confirmation will be your credit card receipt.
Classes will
be cancelled if heavy rain, thunder or lightening occurs.
Make-up classes will be decided upon as the need arises.
Water shoes are highly recommended to prevent injury.
Class consists of warm-up, stretching, shallow water jogging and aerobic exercises, arm work, wall work, deepwater exercises using floats, and a relaxing warm-down floating under the stars.
You do not need to know how to swim to take this class, but if you have any medical conditions please consult your physician before signing up.
If you are uncomfortable in deep water you do not have to go into deep water.
You should not eat a large meal within 1.5 hrs. of the class.
