PRACTICE FRIDAY MORNING FOR ALL AGE GROUPS EXCEPT 6 AND UNDER SWIMMERS
NO PRACTICE FRIDAY EVENING
CHAMPIONSHIP MEET
HELD AT: UVA Aquatics and Fitness Center (AFC) in Charlottesville.
Report Time/Warm-ups Friday 11:30 PM - ALL 5 and 6 year olds report to team tent to receive wristband prepare to go on deck. Swimmers will be escorted down to warm-ups by coaches and team leader at 11:50. Warm-ups began at Noon.
Friday 2:00 PM - 9-10 Boys and All 13 and Over Swimmers to report to team tent for wristband. On deck at 2:20 or when indicated by coaches. Warm-ups begin at 2:30 PM
Saturday 7:30 AM - All 7-8 year old swimmers to report to team tent Swimmers escorted on deck by coaches and team leaders at 7:55 AM. Warm-ups at 8:05 AM
Saturday 11:45 AM - 9-10 girls and ALL 11-12 year old swimmers Swimmers escorted on deck by coaches and team leaders at approx. 12:15. Warm-ups approx. 12:25
All team tents are located on Whitehead Road. The CGST team tent is second or third one from Alderman Road side with grassy area and trees on one side for parents to camp out. All swimmers are to remain at team tents or grassy area when not on deck.
NO swimmer can get on deck without an armband which will be handed out at the team tent before warm-ups. Coaches will escort swimmers to the pool for warm-ups.... if you are late, you are on your own. No parents are allowed on deck... this is strictly enforced.

Food catered by Wayside. Slideshow of the season. Trophies for all swimmers. Recognition of top finishers, seniors and coaches!
