Assistant Pool Managers

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Crozet Park Pool Committee, the Assistant Pool Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the Crozet Park Pool when the Pool Manager is not available. The Assistant Pool Manager is also responsible for all the staff employees and ensuring the pool rules and policies are understood and followed by both employee and patrons. Furthermore, Assistant Pool Managers are to assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive pool program.

Qualifications:
Two or more years lifeguard experience preferred along with current certification but not necessarily required
Demonstrates leadership/supervisory skills necessary to assist in the pool management and working with the public.
Be able attend in-service training sessions
Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. (occasionally more)

Lifeguards

Job Description:
Under the supervision and direction of the Pool Manager or Assistant Pool Manager, Lifeguards are responsible for the safety of all the Crozet Park Pool patrons. In addition, you will follow the rotation schedule set by the Pool Manager.

Qualifications:
Updated certification required for lifeguards
One or more years lifeguard experience preferred
First Aid certification
Demonstrates leadership/supervisory skills necessary to assist in the pool management and working with the public.
Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. (occasionally more)

Concession Stand Workers

Job Description:
Under the supervision and direction of the Pool Manager or Assistant Pool Manager, Concession Stand employees will serve as cashier and be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the concession stand.

Qualifications:
Demonstrates leadership and working with the public.
Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. (occasionally more)

Swim Lesson Instructors

Job Description:
Under the supervision and direction of the Pool Manager and/or Pool Coordinator. Swim Lesson Instructors will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of teaching season pass and non-season pass holders swimming and water safety skills.

Qualifications:
Demonstrates leadership and working with the public
Demonstrate skills in organization, discipline and swimming skill levels for different age groups
Be able attend in-service training sessions
Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. (occasionally more)

Pool Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Crozet Park Pool Committee, the Pool Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance and water quality of the Crozet Park Pool is maintained throughout the summer. The Pool Maintenance Technician is also responsible to assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive pool maintenance program and communicate issues weekly to the Pool Committee.

Qualifications:
Experience with commercial saline chlorinators is preferred.
Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. (occasionally more).
